Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy/ No Show:

Appointments cancelled 72 hours or more prior to appointment time will have the choice to receive a refund or credit for a future appointment. 

Appointments cancelled within 24 -72 hrs from appointment time will receive credit for a future appointment.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or less from appointment time will forfeit deposit.

Appointments cancelled within 15 minutes of payment of invoice can receive a refund. 

In order to cancel or reschedule, customer must reach us us via phone/text at 305-301-8914 or via email at sales@shirleypear.com otherwise NO REFUNDS will be issued if customer misses/cancels  appointment.  Customer may reschedule appointment 1 time (at least 24 hours in advance) and payment will roll over to new appointment date/time.

An appointment will be considered a “no show” if client is over 15 minutes late and client automatically forfeits deposit. If you are late over 15 minutes and we can accommodate you, a late fee of $15 will apply (up to 30 min  from appt time. And $30 (up to 45 min from appt time). 

No refunds or credits will be issued to appointments  that were previously rescheduled (even with 24 hrs notice).

Mobile appointments: ‏15 min grace period. If you are not at your home/hotel at the time of your appointment we will wait for you for 15 minutes, after that, we will leave and our standard cancellation policy/no show policy will apply (No refunds).
