Cancellation policy/ No Show: a refund, for the full amount prepaid, will be issued if customer reaches us via phone/text at 305-301-8914 or via email at email@example.com AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT TIME to cancel or reschedule appointment, otherwise NO REFUNDS will be issued if customer misses/cancels appointment. Customer may reschedule appointment 1 time (24 hours in advance) and payment will roll over to new appointment date/time. An appointment will be considered a “no show” if client is over 15 minutes late. No refunds will be issued to rescheduled missed/cancelled appointments (even with 24 hrs notice) and previously rescheduled appointments cannot be rescheduled.
Mobile appointments: 15 min grace period. If you are not at your home/hotel at the time of your appointment we will wait for you for 15 minutes, after that, we will leave and our standard cancellation policy/no show policy will apply (No refunds).
